This drop is sold on a pre-order basis: pieces are made to the quantities ordered during the window, rather than held in stock ahead of time. That's what lets us run small batches without generic overproduction.

The pre-order window closes on the date shown on each product page. Orders placed during the window ship together, within the timeframe stated on that product page — we'd rather give you an honest estimate than a false promise of speed.

Under UK distance-selling rules, you have the right to cancel your pre-order for any reason within 14 days of placing it, for a full refund. To cancel, email us at the address below with your order confirmation.

If production is delayed beyond the estimate given at checkout, we'll email everyone on that order with an updated timeline as soon as we know it.

We currently ship to UK addresses only. International shipping is coming in a future drop — join the waitlist to hear when it opens.

Shipping cost and estimated delivery time are shown at checkout. Pre-orders ship in the batch window stated on the product page, not immediately on purchase.

You'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking as soon as your order leaves us.

Because this is a small-batch pre-order run, we can't always guarantee an exchange into a different size once your batch has shipped — but we'll always try.

If your item arrives faulty or not as described, contact us within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or replacement.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging to qualify for a change of mind return, requested within 14 days of delivery.

Embroidered and jacquard-knit pieces: hand wash cold or use a wool/delicates cycle, turn inside out, dry flat out of direct sun.

Printed tees: wash cold, inside out, hang dry where possible to protect the print.

Avoid fabric softener on embroidered pieces — it flattens thread detail over time. Iron on reverse, low heat, avoiding direct contact with printed or embroidered areas.
